The 2025 OR Manager Conference is the premier learning experience supporting the perioperative leadership community. We bring together leaders from health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, perianesthesia care and sterile processing departments, and surgical product and service providers for three experiential and educational days of discussions, connection, and discovery.
The OR Manager Conference attendees learn the latest approaches to workforce management, patient safety, emerging technology trends, business management, clinical and regulatory issues, sterilization and infection prevention, and pre- and postoperative care. We help leaders to achieve excellence in perioperative management, operations, and patient care by providing education, case studies, a supportive peer network, and innovative industry solutions and products.
